has implemented and follows the Quality Management System and it has obtained the certificate confirming the accordance with the norms
DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

The Quality Management Systems fulfills the international norm requirements in the full scope of the business activity and applies to the following sectors:
designing, production, sales, fitting and service of the alarm systems and accessories.

Within the works on the quality management system we have implemented and we still improve the solutions in the field of:

• proper planning and organization of processes
• system of qualifying and periodical evaluation of suppliers 
• procedures of evaluation of the quality of the raw materials and the final product
• servicing and calibration of the instrumentation
• maintaining the repeatability of production, i.e. production of stable, good quality,
• establishing responsibility for particular stages of work
• evaluation of the qualifications of the employees in order to use their predispositions for particular positions in a better way
• change of the organizational structure in order to increase effectiveness
• undertaking activities; increasing the reliability level of the products and services
• minimizing the number of production defects
• registration and analysis of the guarantee and post-guarantee repairs
• system of training for employees, fitters and distributors
• better information flow inside the organization and procedures concerning the circulation of documentation
• improving the communication processes with the clients; regular up-dating of the Internet website
• possibility of placing orders via internet for the dealers if the Company, cutting the operational costs;
• calculating the costs of quality
• regular auditing of all the areas of the Company's activity, undertaking preventive and rectifying activities
